Here at Berkshire Healthcare, we are recruiting for a number of Clinical / Counselling Psychologistroles across our Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) , Neurodiversity and Learning Disabilities Teams.

As a Trust our services operate geographically from a number of sites across Berkshire, from the East as far as Slough to Newbury in West Berkshire.

Our Clinical / Counselling Psychologists work within our multidisciplinary teams playing an important role providing specialist psychological assessments, care planning and a range of evidence-based psychological interventions. They work both one to one with our patients as well as delivering group treatments.

We have strong, supportive teams who can offer you good clinical supervision as well as training opportunities in desirable fields.

Main duties of the job

Must haves for this role:

  • HCPC registered Psychologist with a doctorate in counselling or clinical psychology
  • Previous leadership / managerial experience
  • Experience working in a mental health service
  • Experience of delivering agreed/specified service targets and demonstrable effective time management in a busy and demanding environment
