Job summary

North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) is seeking a motivated Clinical & Corporate Contract Performance Officer to manage a diverse portfolio of contracts that support high-quality patient care and essential services.

You will lead contract performance reviews, govern supplier relationships and provide expert advice to clinical and operational teams. The role requires on-site attendance, with some hybrid working and a 24-month fixed-term arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal.
• Ability to monitor performance against KPIs and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong governance and risk management in clinical and corporate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
• Lead contract performance reviews and supplier management activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and variations.
• Monitor performance, ensure value for money and social value delivery.
• Support commercial improvements and cost avoidance.
