Job description

We are looking for Clinical Conduct Associates to join the clinical conduct team at our Phase I clinical trial facility in Belfast, N. Ireland.

The responsibilities of this technical position include collecting safety data such as vital signs, recording ECGs, assisting with urine and blood draw collections, serving meals to study participants, and collecting raw data using an electronic data capture system.

Full-time (37.5 hr/week) positions are available. Salary will increase with completed skills training modules, and the benefits package includes holidays, pension, life assurance, income protection insurance, and private medical insurance.

Requirements
  • Candidates must be educated to GCSE level (any grade) with 2+ years’ work experience; or have 2+ years experience in Band 3 in healthcare; or have completed A Levels or BTEC/NVQ in healthcare (full training in clinical research technical skills will be provided).
  • This is a full-time position with variable working hours and shift patterns. The shift pattern includes weekdays, weekends, and also night shifts once training has been completed, so applicants must be fully flexible to working hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are also required. This role is very team-oriented with a high professional attitude expected.
