Job summary

NHS Resolution in Leeds is recruiting for Clinical Case Managers to handle a portfolio of clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS trusts and NHS England. You will manage cases from start to finish, investigating, quantifying and negotiating to a successful conclusion within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of current law related to clinical or non-clinical negligence claims.
• Experience handling complex and non-complex injury claims from start to resolution.
• Ability to draft concise, professional legal documents.
• Proven ability to manage large caseloads under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with external organisations.
