The Role: As a Case Manager & Occupational Health Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Occupational Health clinicians, ensuring clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct expert clinical assessments and produce high-quality management advice reports.
  2. Support and develop clinicians by auditing reports and enhancing their clinical performance.
  3. Handle recruitment and day-to-day management of remote OH clinicians across the UK.
  4. Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
  2. NMC registration (NMC 3).
  3. Diploma or degree in Occupational Health.
  4. Experience in a commercial occupational health setting.
