As a Case Manager & Occupational Health Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Occupational Health clinicians, ensuring clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct expert clinical assessments and produce high-quality management advice reports.
  • Support and develop clinicians by auditing reports and enhancing their clinical performance.
  • Handle recruitment and day-to-day management of remote OH clinicians across the UK.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as aOccupational Health Advisoror in a similar role.
  • NMC registration (NMC 3).
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health.
  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting.
