About the Role:

Compass Associates are excited to partner with a highly regarded provider of complex care at home to recruit a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will oversee paediatric complex care packages across Northwest and Southwest London, supporting children and young adults with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, and Neuromuscular Disorders. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care while working closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management - Oversee care packages across Camden, Enfield, Wembley, Twickenham, Hounslow, and Richmond.
  • Clinical Governance - Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and staff competencies meet regulatory standards.
  • Family & Staff Support - Provide training and guidance on tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and PEG feeding.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient support.
  • Quality Assurance - Conduct clinical assessments, supervision, and regular reviews to maintain outstanding complex care services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/RCN) - With an active UK NMC pin.
  • Paediatric Complex Care Experience - Minimum 3 years in a hospital or community-based complex care setting.
  • Advanced Clinical Skills - Tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG feeding experience required.
  • Community Nursing Background - Experience in district nursing or home-based care preferred.
  • Car Driver - A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for travel between client locations.

Why Join?

  • 24 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses (up to 5%)
  • Private healthcare options with employer contributions
  • Ongoing training & clinical revalidation support
  • Flexible working arrangements in a supportive team environment

Step Up as a Clinical Leader - Take ownership of complex care cases, guide care teams, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

More Autonomy & Impact - Be the key decision-maker in paediatric care packages across London, shaping the future of home-based complex care.

Better Work-Life Balance - Enjoy a mix of remote working (2-3 days per week) and field-based visits, with only occasional office attendance for meetings/training.
