Job summary

Next-Link is seeking a Clinical Bioinformatician to support generation of insights from patient-level molecular data in the clinical portfolio. You will work under senior staff to analyze omics datasets, refine understanding of disease mechanisms, and contribute to reports and publications.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD with 5+ years of experience, with strong R and Docker experience, HPC Unix proficiency, and a track record of publishing or presenting scientific results.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD with at least 5 years of experience, preferably with industry experience.
• Expertise in pre-processing, integration and analysis of omics data types including RNA-seq, with potential exposure to spatial/epigenomics/proteomics.
• Experience with HPC Unix, cloud-based pipelines and containerization for reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret omics data from complex studies to refine biological mechanisms and treatment effects.
• Develop analysis pipelines using state-of-the-art tools to enable robust insights.
• Document code, analyses and ensure reproducibility in patient-level data workflows.
• Draft methods and results reports and contribute to scientific publications (abstracts, manuscripts).
