We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Bed manager team in Trauma and Orthopaedics. They will be responsible for managing both emergency and elective flow throughout our care group and will work closely with the ward and management teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop as well as any existing bed managers. We are excited to support a successful candidate in learning and developing the skills required of the role and welcome them into our team.

We are looking for someone with clinical experience, ideally in a trauma and orthopaedic setting. We are looking for someone with problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and someone to cover across Wednesday - Friday late and long day shifts to cover our service.
