Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced professional to lead the clinical audit and effectiveness plan across the Trust. You will collaborate with the Associate Director of Quality and Assurance to shape priorities, align NICE guidelines and national audits, and track progress through regular feedback.

The post includes management responsibility for a part-time administrator and offers flexible working arrangements, parking, and supportive staff networks

Job description

This post is part of a small clinical audit team which helps to improve the quality of our services by facilitating a range of clinical audit and effectiveness projects. The person will be responsible for facilitating the clinical audit and effectiveness plan within our Trust, bringing together and prioritising work on initiatives including NICE guidelines, the National Audit Framework and local audit in a consistent way. The post has management responsibility for a part-time administrator.

• Responsible and accountable on a day-to-day basis for clinical audit and
• effectiveness work in our Trust,
• Manage and coordinate priority projects required for implementation of clinical audit across our Trust

To work with the Associate Director of Quality and Assurance to shape and lead our Trust’s Clinical Audit and Effectiveness plan and to lead the implementation of this plan, as well as tracking progress and providing feedback on this throughout the year.
