Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Attendance at relevant courses or relevant experience in clinical audit.
• Educated to degree level.
• ECDL.
• Leadership and management course or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Project management qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the implementation of the Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement Priorities throughout the Trust.
• Follow and support the Audit Framework which includes Clinical Effectiveness, Patient Safety and Patient Experience.
• Contribute to review, development and implementation of policies and procedures within the Clinical Effectiveness Teams portfolio.
• Work with Care Group Teams to identify SMART actions and produce presentations/reports/papers for Quality meetings.
• Attend and participate in Clinical Effectiveness Team meetings, Care Group Meetings and other relevant meetings.
• Attend local, regional and national events to stay up to date with evidence-based practice.
