The Clinical Audit Team is responsible for the promotion, development, implementation and integration of clinical audit activity across NHSBT, supporting the continuous improvement of the quality of care provided to patients, donors and customers. You will become part of a committed, multi-skilled and proactive professional team, using your specialist expertise, and learning new skills every day. This is a fast moving and variable environment.
This role is essential and will directly contribute to the saving and improving of patients' lives. With a focus on building capability, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and receive coaching from the department lead and wider team.
