• Good basic education with a minimum of 5 GCSE passes including Science, Maths and English.
• Excellent computer and technical skills.
• Experience of working with the public is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance and repair of hearing aids and hearing implants.
• Assist audiologists in clinics and with admin, stock ordering and reception tasks.
• Support equipment handling and communication techniques for people with hearing loss.
• Complete national registry in hearing implants and maintain calibration/spreadsheets.
