Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Audiology Practitioner to join a diverse team of audiologists, clinical scientists and support staff, delivering high-quality patient care within the Audiology service.

The role involves supporting adults with hearing aids, carrying out servicing, arranging ear impressions, postal repairs and batteries, and assisting in routine and complex clinics while developing practical skills on the NHS pathway.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required.
• GCSE Science Subjects (or equivalent) required.
• Audiology Practitioner Assistance course is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with hearing aids and assist in servicing and maintenance.
• Take ear impressions, postal repairs and batteries, and support in routine and complex clinics.
• Work with the senior team to ensure high-quality clinical service and patient care.
