Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Assessor for a full-time, permanent role based in Milton Keynes with homeworking options after training and a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

You will conduct disability assessments via phone, video or face-to-face, review medical evidence, and produce clear clinical reports to support benefit decisions. Salary £48,000–£49,000 with 5% one-off and 10% annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Professionally registered in the UK as a clinician (Nurse/Physiotherapist/OT/Paramedic/Pharmacist) with UK registration.
• 12+ months post-registration experience in an adult setting.

Salary

£48,000 – £49,000 salary

What You’ll Be Doing

Fully Paid Training

• 6–12 weeks depending on experience
• Full-time, supported programme
• No annual leave permitted during the first 6 weeks

Who We’re Looking For

You must be:

1. Professionally Registered (UK) as a:

• Registered Adult Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Physiotherapist
• Occupational Therapist
• Paramedic
• Pharmacist (Adult clinical backgrounds only)

2. Experienced:

• 12+ months post-registration experience in an adult setting
• 1 year of recent UK clinical experience
• Clean, active NMC / HCPC / GPhC registration
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

3. Skilled In:

• Assessing long-term conditions
• Clear, detailed clinical report writing
• Confident IT skills (including talk & type capability)
