Qualifications

Job Title: Clinical Receptionist / Administrator


Location: Tunbridge Wells


Contract Details: Temp to perm


Salary: £12.50 - £16ph (Depending on experience)


Hours: 8:30 - 5:30pm (Please note this role is solely office based)

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Coordinate with clinicians to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

  • Enforce policies to maintain compliance with standards.

  • Manage staff schedules and inventory of supplies.

  • Assist with financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.

  • organise and document team meetings.

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing.

  • Handle front-of-house/reception responsibilities and patient complaints.


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Experience in a healthcare or dental practise setting is ideal but not essential

  • Proficiency in EXACT Software of Excellence and/or Dentally, as well as Microsoft Office.

  • Strong clerical and reception skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Strong organisational skills for maintaining accurate records.

  • Previous administrative or managerial experience is preferred.

  • Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.
