Clinical Administrator

Working hours: 9:15am-5:15pm Monday-Friday

Location: You will be based in Keighley 3 days per week and 2 days based at Pelican House BD1 5BA.

About the role...

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Clinical Administrator within our New Vision Bradford team at Pelican House. This diverse and rewarding role involves working closely with our clinical team, providing clinical admin services, data management, and support.

Some of the key duties include:

  1. Preparing prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne.
  2. Managing daily clinical tasks and prescription queries through SystmOne.
  3. Conducting clinical checks to ensure compliance with CQC standards.
  4. Generating and sending GP letters.
  5. Performing clinical room checks, stock control, and ordering supplies.
  6. Managing calibration of on-site clinical equipment.

About you...

Clinical admin experience is preferred but not essential.

Experience with SystmOne is desirable but not essential.

You should have exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.
