Job summary

Cook Medical is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our European Planning Centre, London, on an initial 24-month contract. You will be the central point of contact for physicians and clinical stakeholders on referrals, imaging and planning queries, supporting referrals for Custom Made Devices and day-to-day office operations.

Key duties include managing referrals, maintaining imaging records, and generating reports using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple issues simultaneously, under pressure and against tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage with physicians, assistants and clinicians.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and input referrals for Custom Made Devices to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient imaging and planning requests.
• Load, delete and maintain patient imaging data in line with data protection standards.
• Manage fluctuating daily caseload and prioritise when referral volume increases.
• Liaise with physicians and colleagues as primary contact for imaging, referrals and queries.
