A prominent university in Bristol is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to lead the delivery of patient-facing clinics, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency. The role involves managing resources and finances, developing policies, and enhancing patient care. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience in finance and resource management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with opportunities for part-time work.
You will be a Clinic Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of UWE Bristol’s patient-facing clinics (excluding the Vision Clinic), ensuring excellent standards of care, operational efficiency, and an outstanding experience for students, staff, and patients. You will deliver safe, high-quality clinical practice while managing resources, systems, and finances to support smooth, efficient, and sustainable clinic operations. You will shape and deliver a forward-looking strategy to grow our clinic provision, working with academic programme teams and external partners. You will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will develop policies, processes, and innovations that enhance patient care and student learning.

This is a full time, fixed-term post until for 24 months, working 37 hours per week. This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time. UWE Bristol is a campus-based University and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience for our students that our campuses are dynamic and vibrant places to learn and spend time. This role is therefore campus based for all of your time.
