Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across the patient journey: pre-assessment, intra-operative, and post-procedure.
  • Assist with surgical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterility, and manage theatre support.
  • Provide detailed patient information, aftercare guidance, and emotional support before and after procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Consultant Surgeon, Head Nurse, and wider clinical team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment notes in line with NMC standards and GDPR regulations.
  • Uphold infection control, CQC compliance, and health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain stock control, organise supplies, and support daily clinic operations.
  • Contribute to the exceptional experience our patients expect at every stage of their journey.
