• Strong management experience within an Optical or Healthcare setting or high‑end retail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial performance of the team and clinic overall.
• Management of clinic diary and daily operations.
• Recruit, induct, coach and support the team to meet knowledge and competence levels.
• Advise potential patients on the most suitable solutions for their needs.
• Ensure the clinic is presented to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness.
