Job summary

Thérapie Clinic Windsor is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience across our Windsor clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinic operations with a focus on sales.
• Ensure 5-star service and adherence to procedures and policies.
• Hold weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team.
• Prepare and review weekly operations and commercial reports.
• Handle employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievances.
• Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Management or Supervision Experience.
• Organisation and attention to detail skills.
