We have an exciting opportunity in our Blackburn Dialysis clinic for an experienced manager or deputy who is looking to make the next move in their career and progress to clinic management.

Main duties of the job

Full responsibility and accountability for the daily operational and clinical management, in order to meet quality outcomes for medical and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Blackburn Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
  • Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone with:

  • A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
  • Dialysis experience isn't essential; we are seeking an experienced senior nurse who can lead and manage the team.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting.
  • In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
  • A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
