Overview

Clinic Manager for a Dialysis Clinic in Bilston. DaVita UK delivers life-saving kidney care and promotes a Community First, Company Second culture. As Clinic Manager, you will lead the team to deliver patient-focused care and create a great place to work for teammates.

Job responsibilities
  • Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic
  • Provide a seamless patient journey and an inviting environment for clients through all touch points
  • Liaise with external organisations such as NHS Trusts or the CQC with support from the Regional Manager
  • Implement new processes to drive quality improvements within the clinic
  • Onboard new teammates effectively alongside the wider team
  • Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE
  • Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions
