Job summary

NHS Grampian's Speech and Language Therapy team is seeking a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to work in Community Paediatrics across Banchory (3 days) and Stonehaven (2 days). You will assess and support children aged 0-18, delivering clinics and home visits with families and schools.

Travel around Aberdeenshire is required and HCPC registration is essential. A car driver is required to access remote locations.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for travel.
• Willingness to travel around Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide community SLT services to children aged 0–18 in clinic and home settings.
• Collaborate with SLT team and assistants across Deeside and South Aberdeenshire.
• Support children with diverse communication needs and families, including complex cases.
