1# About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are hiring a Clinic Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Glasgow Vincent Street Clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing front-of-house operations, handling appointments, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will support the clinical team, maintain a professional atmosphere, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be essential in creating that environment and culture.

3# Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greet clients, maintain a professional front-of-house presence, and handle client inquiries.
  • Manage appointment schedules and optimise the clinic diary to maximise efficiency.
  • Perform consultations with current and new clients, upselling where appropriate.
  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs as outlined by the Clinic Manager.
  • Complete and submit daily operational reports as instructed by the Clinic Manager, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and clinic cleanliness as necessary.
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing client and internal queries.

4# Qualifications and Skills

  • Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent (desired but not required)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
