The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Clinic Coordinator with strong clinical leadership and operational expertise. You’ll be confident managing services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and comfortable working in both surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics, supporting male and female patients with professionalism and discretion.

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership in clinical or operational management within a healthcare or cosmetic surgery setting
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading change management and service improvement projects
  • A collaborative, compassionate approach with the ability to influence and inspire teams
  • Excellent knowledge of governance, compliance, and patient safety regulations
  • Ability to manage performance data, budgets, and operational targets
  • Confidence and comfort working in a sexual wellness clinic environment with diverse patient needs

The Role

As Clinic Coordinator, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager and senior team to lead the day-to-day delivery of clinical services, oversee service improvement, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. You will drive change, implement systems and processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a results-focused, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Performance

  • Provide strong, visible leadership to clinical and medical staff, promoting clear communication, accountability, and excellence
  • Lead daily operations and resolve clinic management issues
  • Set priorities and expectations to ensure team engagement and service quality
  • Act as a key member of the Senior Operational Leadership Team
  • Deputise for the Hospital Manager and lead projects or tasks as required

Strategic Planning & Service Delivery

  • Lead and deliver clinical and operational change projects aligned with business goals
  • Support strategy, performance management, and service development across key departments
  • Contribute to estate and facility planning to improve the patient and staff environment
  • Ensure services meet high-quality standards, budget targets, and patient expectations

People Management

  • Coach, develop, and appraise team members, promoting high morale and performance
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels, skill mix, and compliance with workforce policies
  • Build a culture of wellbeing, inclusion, and zero tolerance for bullying or harassment
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
  • Monitor clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk management systems
  • Lead and support root cause and trend analyses of complaints or incidents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, internal governance, and decontamination protocols
  • Maintain and update the clinic’s risk register and deliver improvement actions

Operational Logistics

  • Oversee stock control, procurement, and supplies for all clinical departments
  • Ensure consumables, pharmacy items, and prosthetics are available and well-managed
  • Adjust and maintain par levels to ensure smooth clinical service delivery
