Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and healthcare available. We take an innovative approach to the delivery of our services and ensure that they are of the highest standards in the industry.

  2. Provide day-to-day guidance and secure emergency cover when needed.
  3. Be available for early morning support one day a week to ensure urgent clinician needs are addressed.
  4. Work closely with operations teams (bookings, reporting, etc.) to deliver outstanding service to clients.
  5. Assist in identifying and resourcing new clinic venues, helping us grow and improve.
  6. Manage clinician availability using When I Work software to meet service demands.

Person Specification

  1. Prior clinic coordination experience, particularly with the NHS or in the private sector.
  2. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and the bigger picture.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of autism and ADHD assessments is a bonus but not essential.
  5. Confidence and professionalism to address concerns over a clinician’s conduct and report these to their line manager.
  6. Strong computer skills are essential.

Candidates will also be asked to work approx. 1 weekend day every 4 weeks, to provide "on call" clinical support to the weekend teams.

Benefits include:

  1. Enhanced annual leave of 32 days a year (inclusive of bank holidays).
  2. Flexible annual leave scheme providing the ability to buy or sell back additional days.
  3. Well-being days.
  4. Pension scheme (with the option of enhancing via salary sacrifice).
  5. Cycle to work scheme.
  6. Birthday lie in.
  7. Free breakfast, including 'pastry Mondays'.
  8. Funded social events.
  9. Staff well-being bursary scheme.
