Job Description:

Role: Clinic Administrator – Private Fertility Clinic

Location: Central London (close to excellent transport links and amenities)

Type: Part-Time, Temporary (3 months)

Salary: Pro rata based on £27,500 per annum

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clinic Administrator to support a private fertility clinic in Central London. This is a temporary, part-time role, ideal for someone with prior experience in a healthcare setting who is confident handling sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating patient records accurately
  • Handling confidential materials with discretion
  • Using medical terminology appropriately
  • Performing data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Exporting important patient and clinic information as needed

Training will be provided on the clinic’s bespoke system prior to your start date.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within healthcare administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient record systems
  • Comfortable working independently on set days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • Availability to start at short notice
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check
