Job summary

Wolseley Pipe and Climate Centre, Basildon Office, is seeking a Climate Specialist to manage climate customers, take inquiries, and support quotes and orders. The role is based at Basildon and offers a competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits.

This permanent position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. A strong focus on air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge, plus IT skills and customer service experience, is essential.

• Technical knowledge or experience in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Strong IT and systems skills.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Being a crucial member in the Climate Specialist team, managing all climate customers.
• Taking incoming queries from customers regarding the climate side of our business and being a technical source of knowledge for them.
• Putting together and chasing quotes, processing orders and trying to increase business.

As a Climate Specialist based in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:

• Being a crucial member in the Climate Specialist team, managing all climate customers.
• Taking incoming queries from customers regarding the climate side of our business and being a technical source of knowledge for them.
• Putting together and chasing quotes, processing orders and trying to increase business.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
