WTW Climate Practice is seeking an Associate (Senior Analyst) specializing in physical climate risks and resilience. You will join a team of experts across insurance, science, catastrophe modelling, and engineering to deliver analytical services on climate change, natural hazards, adaptation and resilience.

The role is London-based with flexible hybrid working. You will apply in-depth climate expertise in risk management, communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, contribute to project

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, engineering, science, or mathematical background.
• Proactive and motivated with ownership of projects.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects for corporate clients in physical climate risks and natural catastrophes.
• Lead analytical tasks and processes, including data handling, modelling, dashboards.
• Support global projects in climate risk assessments, adaptation planning, catastrophe modelling.
• Present deliverables to clients.
• Collaborate with actuarial modelling, enterprise risk management, transition risk, insurance, and sustainability.
• Develop innovative approaches for identifying and quantifying climate and natural hazard risks.
• Help develop business opportunities in climate consultancy.
• Keep up to date with science, business, and regulatory developments.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
