WTW Climate Practice seeks an Associate (Senior Analyst) to specialise in physical climate risks and resilience within a flexible hybrid, London-based role. You will join a cross-disciplinary team delivering analytical services to clients globally, helping to lead consulting projects.

The role emphasizes risk management, data analysis and modelling, plus clear communication with stakeholders. You will contribute to growing the climate practice and advise on adaptation and resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, engineering or scientific background with climate focus.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data, modelling portfolios and dashboards.
• Knowledge of GIS, R or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead consulting projects on physical climate risks and catastrophes.
• Manage data, model portfolios, run models and create dashboards.
• Present deliverables to clients and interact with specialists.
• Help develop new approaches for climate risk quantification.
• Identify business opportunities in climate risk consulting.
