Job summary

RBS is seeking a Climate Lead, Vice President level, to drive the C&I sustainability agenda within our Commercial and Institutional team. The role focuses on delivering climate objectives through strategy and transitioning resilience tooling, including the Climate Decisioning Framework (CDF), and supports embedding capabilities across the business.

You will develop methodologies for customer transition plans, assess climate risks, and work with technology and data partners to implement

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sustainability initiatives aligned to business strategy.
• Knowledge of climate risk data and policy developments.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• As part of the C&I team, assist in preparing the business to enable change for sustainability initiatives.
• Develop transition and resilience tooling used to support customers and CDF.
• Influence relevant business areas to ensure delivery against priorities.
• Collaborate with tech and data partners to implement system solutions.
• Advise on sustainability training and embedding climate frameworks across C&I.
