Job summary

The role focuses on delivering a robust communications strategy across digital and traditional media, developing key messaging, and advising on climate communications across the university.

You will oversee branding, CRM initiatives, and engagement strategies while supporting wellbeing and EDI plans.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in communications, campaigning, engagement or related field.
• Experience in higher education or innovation communications with evidence-based outputs.
• Ability to lead a team and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Implement the communications strategy for the Grantham Institute.
• Grow the Institute’s influence in digital and traditional media.
• Lead messaging, tone of voice and language guides.
• Advise on best practice in climate communications across the university.
