Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking a detail-oriented Client Transfer Co-ordinator to join the Partner Finance team in our Cirencester office.

The role focuses on guiding and supporting Operations processes, ensuring timely handling of requests, and maintaining high service standards across internal teams and the Partnership. You will coordinate transfers, respond to queries, and work with Subject Matter Experts to improve processes, delivering strong outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar coordination or operations role within a fast-paced, task-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process a range of Operations requests and queries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and clear communication on progress and next steps.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts with the coordination and execution of transfers and Partnership-related queries.
  • Prioritise incoming work effectively, ensuring cases are acknowledged and handled within agreed timelines.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and work within agreed parameters to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Support the wider Operations function to reduce BAU demand through effective and accurate delivery.

About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Transfer Co-Ordinator to join our Partner Finance team. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance and support on a range of Partner Finance Operations processes, ensuring requests and queries are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with internal teams and the Partnership, you’ll play a key part in maintaining service quality, improving processes and delivering strong outcomes for stakeholders.

Essential Skills And Experience
