The Advice Policy team sits at the heart of St. James's Place's advice proposition, ensuring our advice framework, policies and supporting processes remain up to date, compliant and focused on delivering good client outcomes. Working closely with teams across the business, the team is responsible for implementing policy changes, maintaining advice guidance, supporting governance processes and ensuring advisers have the tools and resources they need to provide high-quality advice.
The Advice Policy Coordinator is responsible for providing implementation and coordination support across a range of Advice Policy initiatives, helping to deliver enhancements to advice guidance, suitability processes and policy frameworks. The role plays a key part in bringing advice policy changes to life, ensuring advisers have the guidance, tools and processes needed to deliver great client outcomes and supporting the ongoing evolution of the SJP advice proposition.
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused coordinator who enjoys managing change, improving processes and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be a logical thinker with strong written communication skills, comfortable working with technical information, technology solutions with the ability to support testing and implementation activities.
