6 month rolling contract - Investment Banking - Inside IR35

Core accountabilities of role
  1. Act as a subject matter expert for EMEA client onboardings.
  2. Coordinate OTC routine onboarding in EMEA to meet onboarding lead time targets according to client or business goals.
  3. Manage stakeholders within business, compliance, due diligence, and risk departments, including EMEA and global heads.
  4. Identify onboarding files at risk of delays and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
  5. Seek opportunities to improve processes and controls proactively.
  6. Deliver personal targets and objectives.
  7. Leverage industry experience and knowledge of policies throughout the process.
  8. Understand KPIs for respective clients/areas and keep SOPs updated accordingly.
  9. Train and supervise new joiners to ensure proper skillset and knowledge transfer.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Typically require a university degree or equivalent business experience demonstrating understanding of complex concepts.
  • Knowledge of OTC onboarding process for Financial Services, including KYC, Risk, policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Experience with Financial Institutions and Global Markets products, especially OTC products.
  • Effective time management and workload prioritization skills, with the ability to escalate issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to review and improve colleagues' work.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills for articulating technical issues clearly.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and cross-team collaboration ability.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in standard computer software and able to learn specialized applications.
