Client Support Officer (Analyst) – London, Natixis

Natixis is seeking a Client Support Officer to join its Global Markets Operations team in London. This Analyst-level role supports post-trade activities for Italian-originated transactions, ensuring accurate system representation and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with Milan Sales, Paris Trading, and various support teams to manage trade validation, settlements, and client queries. The role also involves regulatory reporting and supporting syndicated loan activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-trade execution and lifecycle events for Italian Global Markets transactions.
  • Validate trades and ensure accurate system representation.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Trading, and support teams across Milan, Paris, Dubai, and London.
  • Handle settlements, fails investigation, and client queries.
  • Support onboarding of new transactions and business initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Italian language fluency (essential)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Validation, or Client Support
  • Exposure to Fixed Income (Bonds); Equity Derivatives experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
