We are WPA, the Welsh regional business unit of LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) - a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bringing buyers and suppliers together to build, refurbish, and maintain social housing and public property more efficiently and cost-effectively.
We're looking for a motivated, client-focused Client Support Manager with a strong understanding of procurement and construction to strengthen relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Regional Director and the wider team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience, providing guidance through the procurement process, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
In this pivotal role, you will support our mission of "working together to deliver better buildings, homes, and communities" by fostering collaboration, driving efficiency, and helping reinvest surplus funds into community initiatives.
Flexibility is offered with this role, with the ability to be based at our WPA office location, and regular travel across the region.

A Field-Based Role with Regular Travel
Although the position is home-based contractually, it requires regular regional travel. As the Client Support Manager, you will spend the majority of your time meeting clients in person, attending industry events, and collaborating with appointed companies across Wales. A flexible attitude and readiness to travel are key to success in this role.
