Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities - Client Relationship Coordinator
  • Prepare post-review letters, update CRM records, and coordinate follow-ups after yearly client review meetings
  • Monitor CRM dashboards to identify clients with potential fee terminations, ensuring protocols are followed and advisors are notified
  • Keep advisers informed by sending timely warning and final notice letters to facilitate review meetings
