Overview

This is an exciting opportunity which has opened for a Sales Administrator to join a growing business supplying bespoke products to clients nationwide.

This role is central to the success of the sales team, providing comprehensive support to Account Managers. By managing inboxes, scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and delivering account analysis, you’ll ensure the sales team can focus on building client relationships and driving growth. It’s a varied and fast-paced position where organisation, accuracy, and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage Account Manager inboxes; respond, delegate, or escalate as required.
  • Process requests from client inboxes promptly and professionally.
  • Manage diaries and schedule calls and meetings without conflicts.
  • Take meeting notes, ensuring actions are recorded.
  • Update trackers daily with accurate sales and product data.
  • Ensure all client activity is logged on their CRM.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations in a timely manner.
  • Analyse account spend to identify gaps (e.g., clients not purchasing certain product categories).
