This role is based in our Edinburgh offices.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure files and records are held in accordance with internal standards for efficient access and retrieval.
  2. Follow the firm's processes by ensuring adequate notes of activities are entered in the firm's back-office system and provide clear instructions when passing tasks to others.
  3. Set up new prospects and opportunities on the CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and inputted promptly.
  4. Arrange client meetings, prepare agendas, and complete meeting work including technical and product research along with fund performance data.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  1. Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Ability to work within defined business processes.
  5. Proactive in seeking opportunities to develop personal skills.
