BlueVoyant is seeking a Client Success, Senior Onboarding Manager - SCD to support our clients’ Supply Chain Defense deployment experience. This role involves managing all in-region SCD client deployments, from contract close to steady-state transition, and liaising with internal stakeholders for post-sales knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities include providing clear communication on project status, developing technical expertise on SCD product lines, coordinating deployment activities, resolving deployment issues, and identifying process improvements.

Required competencies include 5+ years of cybersecurity project management or deployment experience, preferably in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party risk, with a strong client-facing background. Technical acumen, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
