Join Halfords for Business as a Client Success Manager and take ownership of a portfolio of employee benefit clients, with a focus on our Cycle to Work, gifting, and employee discount propositions. You will work directly with clients to ensure their schemes are performing effectively, engagement is maximised, and value is continually delivered.

You'll build strong day-to-day relationships with benefit administrators and HR partners, delivering tailored support and insight to drive scheme adoption, employee participation, and long-term client satisfaction. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced B2B environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefit clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact, providing proactive support and tailored guidance to meet client goals.
  • Deliver performance updates, usage reports, and insight-led recommendations to drive engagement.
  • Support smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
  • Resolve day-to-day queries and escalations quickly and effectively.
  • Plan and deliver promotional activities and internal campaigns to maximise scheme uptake.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out targeted communications and assets.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through additional product adoption and increased participation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and share client feedback to improve products, processes, and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Background in client success, account management, or employee benefits, ideally in a B2B or service-led environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Confident communicator, able to present insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple clients at once.
  • Comfortable working with data to track performance and drive decisions.
