A leading IT services company seeks a driven client account manager. In this role, you will coordinate relationships with clients, manage account performance, and lead delivery teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring account management excellence and fostering client relationships, particularly in the UK automotive sector.

The role:
You will be responsible for - Coordinating the relationship between client and delivery and being the first point of contact from delivery standpoint.
Essential Job Functions:
Be the centre point of managing client partners, sales and delivery teams
Responsible for revenue and margins of the account
Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs
Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts
Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics
Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies
Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary
Provide regular updates on account performance
Basic Qualifications:
Strong connections with existing car manufactures from within the UK from within in manufacturing or engineering services
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive years of relevant work experience in industry, within a similar role
Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
