You will
  • Own and manage a book of high-value, enterprise clients—serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships and deliver a white-glove client experience that drives measurable value and long-term retention.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk through client health monitoring, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a quarterback across internal teams—collaborating with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate for client needs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with the Client Partner on renewal strategy and identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client goals with product capabilities.
  • Translate complex workflows and product capabilities into clear value propositions and best practices for client teams.
  • Represent the voice of the client in internal roadmap, support, and operational conversations.
You have
  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Support, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience configuring, managing, or supporting Salesforce workflows strongly preferred
  • Direct experience managing real estate clients or supporting other financial services firms.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes enterprise relationships.
  • High EQ and executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
