Client Success Manager

Location: UK – Remote but will need to be in an area commutable to Warwickshire for client visits

The Role

You will be responsible for - Coordinating the relationship between client and delivery and being the first point of contact from delivery standpoint.

Essential Job Functions

  • Be the centre point of managing client partners, sales and delivery teams
  • Responsible for revenue and margins of the account
  • Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts
  • Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary
  • Provide regular updates on account performance

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong connections with existing car manufactures from within the UK from within in manufacturing or engineering services
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive years of relevant work experience in industry, within a similar role
  • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
