Client Success Leader

Location: LONDON, 1 Canada Square, Level 28, Canary Wharf, E14 5AB, London (UK)

Description

Providing direct support to clients, addressing inquiries, monitoring the resolution of project/service issues, and assisting with onboarding, training, and adoption of products through day-to-day client management and client communication. Ensuring that service delivery meets contractual obligations, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and taking corrective actions when necessary. Supporting contract management, invoicing, and billing, ensuring transparency and alignment with agreements. Working toward a unified approach to enhancing the customer experience, meeting service goals, and fostering strong relationships. Providing support into operational post-delivery activities, training, and any follow-up as needed. Focusing on client retention in the long term, providing insights on customer trends, feedback, and potential growth opportunities. Supporting in developing and refining processes that drive client success, mitigating risks.

Required Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  2. At least 5+ years' experience in the activities/role
  3. Experience in the UK private banking and/or wealth management sector or Software and/or Consulting companies working for this sector
