Job summary

dunnhumby is seeking a Client Success Lead to join our Tesco Category & Product Insight team. You will build strong client relationships, manage stakeholders, and translate insights into measurable business value for Tesco and other key partners.

You will collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable category insights, while balancing multiple projects with a focus on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in building client relationships and managing stakeholders.
• Experience of prioritising multiple workstreams to ensure the delivery of maximum value.
• Experience of analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value.
• Ability to simplify the complex – distil lots of information down to key conclusions.
• Strong attention to detail – stress testing your conclusions so we deliver trustworthy analysis.
• Ability to operate nimbly, as you will be working on several projects at once.
• Ability to work closely with data scientists to translate the commercial ask into a technical ask and back.
• Experience in an FMCG retailer, supplier or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Tesco on category strategies and customer understanding.
• Support the category insights workplan and deliver actionable insights to Tesco category teams and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product insights, retail and commercial teams, and Tesco to shape solutions and deliver insight.
