About the role:

The Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention rather than business growth and development. Associates manage an aligned portfolio of clients, ensuring each receives value exceeding their investment in Gartner services. They identify clients' business priorities and support them through their purchased Gartner services.

What you will do:

  1. Build, develop, and manage relationships with existing clients across various levels and functions.
  2. Meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their priorities and recommend actions to drive value and retention.
  3. Onboard new clients, introducing their Gartner services and capabilities.
  4. Collaborate internally to maximize the value delivered to clients.

What you will need:

  • 0-6 years relevant experience, including internships.
  • Strong skills in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in German (reading, writing, speaking) at a business or native level.
